Our limited patient panel ensures you get the time and attention you need, with no barriers between you and your personal physician. This option is available only after completing a Precision Health Assessment, since we cannot provide comprehensive, healthspan-oriented medical care without the information it provides. Like our Precision Health Assessment, nothing in Iowa compares.

We do not take insurance payment of any kind. By keeping insurance out of our practice, we can provide you with the level of quality, attention, & time we think is best, perform the testing we think is important for you, and provide the treatments we think you need.
When you go to a typical clinic that lives on insurance payments, your insurance company is the customer, not you, and they dictate the terms. You and the doctor are both cogs in the machine of the medical/insurance industrial complex, optimized not for your health, but for the profit of healthcare systems and insurance companies. It isn’t right, doesn’t lead to the best outcomes, and doesn’t promote true health.

Medicare patients pay an annual retainer fee for services not covered by Medicare, such as direct physician access. We are required by the government to bill Medicare for all services covered by Medicare. Please contact us to join our Medicare waitlist.

It meets the definition and exceeds it. Virtually all DPC practices are superior to insurance-driven practices because they cut out the insurance companies. We are different from most DPC and concierge practices in that we have integrated an advanced Medicine 3.0 model focused on longevity and health optimization, not just reactive disease management — although we do that, too.

For patients not on Medicare, our Direct Pay rates are currently:
Age 18-39: $4560/year
Age 40-49: $5040/year
Age 50-59: $5520/year
Age 60-69 $6240/year
Age 70-79: $6960/year
Age 80-89: $7920/year
Age 90+: $8900/year
Membership can billed annually or monthly. It includes an annually updated Precision Health Assessment (labs not included on subsequent assessments as they become more personalized over time), and 50% of the cost of your initial Precision Health Assessment can be applied to your first year of membership.
