Our limited patient panel ensures you get the time and attention you need, with no barriers between you and your personal physician. This option is available only after completing a Precision Health Assessment, since we cannot provide comprehensive, healthspan-oriented medical care without the information it provides. Like our Precision Health Assessment, nothing in Iowa compares.

All rates include an annual Precision Health Assessment (a $3,200 standalone service). If you join, we apply 50% of the cost of your initial PHA to your first year of membership.
Like the Precision Health Assessment, you can choose to pay for your membership with HSA or FSA funds.

When you go to a typical clinic that lives on insurance payments, your insurance company is the customer, not you. You and the doctor are both cogs in the machine of the medical/insurance industrial complex, optimized not for your health, but for the profit of healthcare systems and insurance companies.
We do not accept health insurance payments, private or government. By keeping insurance companies out of our practice, we can provide the quality, attention, & time required for optimal medical care.

Because of federal Medicare opt-out regulations, we cannot provide medical care at this time to individuals enrolled in or eligible to enroll in Medicare, even if you are willing and able to pay directly and leave Medicare out. Please contact us to join our waitlist for Medicare beneficiaries.
Please note that once we can see Medicare patients, we still will not bill Medicare, as we do not accept third-party payment of any kind. -
Yes, it legally meets the description. Virtually all DPC practices are superior to insurance-driven practices because they cut out the insurance companies. We are different from most DPC and concierge practices in that we have integrated an advanced Medicine 3.0 framework focused on proactive & upstream care —not just reactive disease management, though we do that too.
